Purpose of role: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled HR Officer to join our team. As a HR Officer, you will be responsible for delivering all HR activities, including hiring qualified candidates for various positions within our organization and ensuring the implementation and application of agreed upon HR all directives, policies, processes, systems and programs. Responsibilities:  Utilize various sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify and attract potential candidates.  Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for specific roles.  Coordinate and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtually, to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.  Manage candidate data, track progress, and generate reports on recruitment metrics.  Handle employee onboarding, transfer, offboarding, contract renewal and probation process independently  Manage personal files of employees and maintain staff information in HR systems  Make employee performance review regularly  Support foreigner employee’s work permit, residence permit issues  Support employee’s Shanghai residence permit and Shanghai Hukou issues  Support various HR projects, events and training activities  Complete other assignments from the superiors Qualifications:  Bachelor degree or above, major in HR, Business Administration, English or a related field is preferred  Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced environment, outstanding fresh graduate is also considered  Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates, hiring managers, and team members  Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, colleagues, and external partners  Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously  Proven ability to identify and address recruitment challenges, adapt to changing priorities, and find innovative solutions
