职位介绍: Main Responsibilities: 1.Source and manage international/ domestic transportation and import & export operations vendors, and keep agility to expand the capacities. 2.Manage service providers performance to maintain high service level. 3.Keep agility to design strategic plan and solution for logistics to support business growth. 4.Involve high level interaction with Customs Authority, and influence Global and Regional supply chain to optimize logistics flow. 5.Drive Sustainable logistics initiatives and achieve sustainable target. 6. Set up logistics risk evaluation and control mechanism to minimize the compliance risk. 7.Holistic review of data literacy and digital savviness to optimize system flow and data compliance. 8. Manage overall logistics annual audit to keep compliance with Customs requirements. 9. Overall control logistics cost and budget. Skills Needed: **Education:** Bachelor's degree or above, preference for majors in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Procurement Management, or related fields. **Work Experience:** At least 8 years of procurement experience in logistics or supply chain management, with preference for candidates with experience in large enterprises or multinational companies. **Skills Required:** - In-depth understanding of the logistics industry and market dynamics, with strong negotiation skills and cost control abilities. - Excellent supplier management skills, capable of effectively handling contracts and risk management. - Familiarity with procurement processes and relevant legal regulations. - Excellent data analysis skills, able to manage procurement using systems such as ERP and SAP. **Other Abilities:** - Good communication and team collaboration skills, able to work effectively across departments. - Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with strong adaptability.
