- A brief summary of the provided position as below : The main responsibility of the HR Generalist is to provide hands-on HR support to the business and make sure that HR policies, HR processes and labour law are complied. You will work independently to perform tasks within multiple HR areas including employee lifecycle administration, expatriates support, HR system utilization, HR reporting, recruitment, culture-building, etc. Essential Duties and Job Responsibilities 1.Employee Lifecycle Administration • Be responsible for employee lifecycle management including hiring and termination processes, internal transfer, etc. • Maintain HR system, employee data report • Administrate employee personnel file • Handle basic employee queries / requests regarding HR process and policy according to employee handbook and company policy • Facilitate employee probation review and contract renewal and dismissals process • Provide required employee data to C&B specialist timely • Support employee personal government related documents application / renewal (Hukou, work permit, etc.) • Provide related HR reports. 2. Expatriate Support • Support expatriate relocation and repatriation • Follow up required permits application, renewal and prolongation including work permit, residence permit contracts, etc. • Handle expatriate related payment timely including monthly rental, school payment, language training, etc. • Coordinate driver interview • Manage the performance of related vendors 3. Recruitment • Understand the real-time development of the hiring department, timely communication with the hiring department, HR team, etc., focus on the organization, talent needs, clear candidate search direction, and output high-match candidates for the hiring department • Conduct screening and interviewing of candidates for required positions, coordinate interview arrangement, conduct the interview for the required position • Refresh and release positions in time • Establish a talent pool • Provide related recruitment reports 4.Other task • Update and maintain organization chart • Foster company culture by supporting related HR activities • Other tasks assigned by HR Director Education and/or Experience • University Degree in Human Resource Management or related filed ; • Around 5 years HR experience; • Expat management experience is a plus • HR experience in the automotive industry or manufacturing industry is a plus Knowledge, Skills and Abilities • Proficient oral English, good communication and interpersonal skills; • Be familiar with Office Software Word, Excel, Power Point; • Be familiar with HR system such as SAP/Workday/SuccessFactor; • Self-driving awareness, integrity values
