职位介绍: In this job, you will provide timely, high quality medical/scientific information and support of related disease arear to optimizing internal and external customer communications. Compliance with applicable policies, procedures and other regulations. Your key responsibilities: Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Medical Information support − Create and deliver timely responses to unsolicited medical information inquiries/requests from HCPs in a multi-media environment and record information in Onemed system according to Novartis and regulatory guidelines − Update FAQ, LRD (Local response document) and Knowledge card by product in combination with MINova database − Do data reconciliation of medical inquiries with Patient Safety department and Product Quality department separately every month, ensure no violation on AE and PC reporting according to Novartis MI SOP&WP. − Staff medical information booths for academic conference in assigned disease area. • Medical Review − Conduct medical review of promotional/nonpromotional materials for as-signed disease areas − Conduct medical review of non-standard activities − Cross-function communication to support activities and materials review • Customer Insight − Provide customer insight analysis to Medical, Marketing, Sales for business opportunity - Collaborate with product team to provide MI update to Internal & external customer − Support mature product lifecycle management and new product launch − Involve in other channels of communicating with customers such as website and conference if applicable • County medical support − Support County market via close cooperation with medical team in corresponding therapy area What you’ll bring to the role: • Master degree and above, clinical or medical related background. • Educational background or working experience in Dermatology, Rheumatology, Immunology , Cardiovascular or Ophthalmology. • MNC working experience; MI, MSL, MA and other associated role in Medical Affairs. • Love MI role and open for cross-functional collaboration.
